Meet Drew
Drew Henner has spent his life in Winter Park, building a practice rooted in the community he knows best. A Broker Associate with Premier Sotheby's International Realty and a third-generation REALTOR®, Drew represents customers throughout the Central Florida region, carrying forward a family tradition built on discretion, relationships, and results.
Drew has been ranked by RealTrends among the top 1.5% of individual real estate professionals nationally, and named to the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association's Top Producers and Orlando Real Producers' "35 Under 35." Just as important is the network he has built across Central Florida's brokerage community, giving his customers meaningful reach and access both on and off the market. As a Certified Central Florida Relocation Specialist, he regularly represents families and individuals relocating to the region.
Drew has been involved in some of Winter Park's most significant residential real estate, including the sale of the largest residential lakefront parcel in the city's history, a transaction that reflects the level of trust required to navigate consequential properties and complex negotiations with the utmost discretion.
He studied business management at Rollins College, with a minor in entrepreneurial studies, and completed coursework in advanced negotiations at the London School of Economics. A background in film production brings an instinct for visual narrative to the marketing of a home, from photography and film to the larger story built around its architecture, setting, design, and the qualities that make a home worth owning.
As a prior appointee to the City of Winter Park's Historic Preservation Board, Drew developed a close understanding of architectural integrity, preservation, and thoughtful growth. He brings that same attention to design, craftsmanship, and character to every property he represents.
Drew is an active supporter of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida and remains closely engaged with his alma maters, Rollins College and Lake Highland Preparatory School. An avid tennis player, he remains deeply rooted in Winter Park and the community that has shaped both his life and his career.
